ph3bJob Description /b /h3h3bAbout the Role /b /h3pAs the bBusiness Process Lead (BPL), Supply Chain Planning Implementation Lead, /b you will play a key role in Takeda’s global digital transformation journey across Supply Chain Planning. Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain Planning Systems, you will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of planning processes and digital solutions across demand, supply, inventory, and SOP planning. /ppThis role operates in a highly collaborative global environment, partnering with Manufacturing Sites, External Operations, Finance, Global Supply Chain (GSC), and Digital, Data Technology (DDT) teams. You will help define the future-state Supply Chain Planning landscape by driving standardization, governance, process excellence, and adoption of modern planning technologies. You may also serve as a strategic deputy to the Head of Supply Chain Planning Systems, supporting portfolio management, governance, and organizational initiatives. /ph3bHow You Will Contribute /b /h3ulliLead global Supply Chain Planning transformation initiatives and digital solution deployments across manufacturing and enterprise organizations. /liliDrive implementation of planning technologies, including SAP-based planning solutions, from design and build through deployment, stabilization, and adoption. /liliCollaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and DDT to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes. /liliBuild organizational capabilities through training, change management, community engagement, and best-practice sharing. /liliProvide strategic leadership and thought partnership to advance Takeda’s digital Supply Chain vision and future planning capabilities. /liliSupport cross-functional decision-making through data‑driven analysis, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication. /li /ulh3bMinimum Requirements / Qualifications /b /h3ulli10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Systems, or related digital transformation roles. /liliDeep expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes, including demand, supply, inventory, and SOP planning. /liliHands‑on experience with enterprise planning solutions such as SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IBP, OBP, or similar planning technologies. /liliProven ability to lead complex global transformation, process standardization, and system implementation initiatives. /liliStrong leadership, stakeholder management, influencing, and change management capabilities within a matrix organization. /liliExcellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable business decisions. /li /ulh3bLocations /b /h3pCHE - Glattpark (Opfikon) - Zurich HQ /ppbBase Salary Range: /b /ppCHF159,300.00 - CHF219,010.00 /ppThe estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
