Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for tax compliance and tax-related financial reporting across the Group's legal entities and operations, while also contributing to the development of the company's tax strategy.The role covers direct and indirect tax compliance for all Group legal entities, the calculation of tax provisions for the Swiss holding company and all subsidiaries (GAAP and non-GAAP), as well as advice on group tax planning, special assignments, and other projects. You will work across finance, accounting, legal, and other teams, with the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of international tax matters. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liEnsure compliance with relevant Swiss and international tax regulations, covering withholding tax, sales tax and VAT, and corporate income tax - in Switzerland, in every jurisdiction where we hold subsidiaries, and across our wider international operations /li liMonitor and stay current on tax law changes in all relevant jurisdictions, and assess their impact on the group /li liHelp develop tax-efficient strategies for the company /li liEstablish and maintain transfer pricing documentation for group companies, including monitoring intercompany transactions and identifying opportunities to improve transfer-price settings /li liPrepare GAAP and non-GAAP statutory tax provisions relating to the company's operations /li liCoordinate and prepare tax footnotes and other disclosures within the group's financial statements /li liManage local and foreign tax audits /li liManage external advisers for any outsourced tax work and ensure timely, accurate estimated tax payments /li liWork with colleagues across finance and accounting, legal, and other teams as required /li liManage assigned projects through to successful completion /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field /li liChartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent tax qualification strongly preferred /li liMinimum 8 years of relevant experience in a top-tier public accounting firm and/or as an in-house Tax Manager in an international company /li liStrong working knowledge of the Swiss Tax System, including withholding tax, VAT/sales Tax, and corporate income tax /li liFamiliarity with tax regimes across the jurisdictions where the Group operates, as well as a solid understanding of international tax principles /li liGood understanding of BEPS and OECD developmentsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of a cross-functional organisation /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liWe prioritize office presence and emphasize in-person collaboration, but also offer appropriate adjustments where needed, in line with company policy /li liExtra wellbeing days on top of your annual leave allowance /li liUp to 3 paid volunteering days each year /li li24/7 confidential Employee Assistance Program (wellbeing, mental health, legal financial support) /li liLearning development support via the Frontiers Learning Hub /li liCompetitive local benefits country dependent (e.g. healthcare and pension/retirement provision) /li /ul h3Equal opportunity statement /h3 pFrontiers actively embraces diversity and is a safe and welcoming workplace.
