Coordinateur/rice Commercial Groupe

Nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur/Coordinatrice EBC (Event Booking Center) pour rejoindre une équipe de 3 personnes, au cœur de notre stratégie commerciale.

Ici, chaque demande compte. Vous êtes le premier point de contact de nos clients MICE : vous analysez, structurez, conseillez… et surtout, vous convertissez. Votre capacité à créer une relation de confiance dès le premier échange fait toute la différence.

Votre rôle est clé : contribuer activement aux ventes réactives afin de maximiser le chiffre d’affaires et la rentabilité de l’hôtel, tout en atteignant les objectifs de l’EBC (revenus, conversion des dossiers, satisfaction client et performance globale).

Votre mission

• Qualification des demandes entrantes

• Élaboration de propositions commerciales personnalisées

• Organisation et conduite de visites clients

• Suivi actif des dossiers et relances stratégiques pour atteindre (et dépasser) les objectifs

• Participation aux sales strategy meetings

• Négociation et finalisation des contrats

• Suivi du premier paiement

• Passation fluide aux équipes événementielles pour garantir une excellente qualité de service

• Fidélisation et développement du portefeuille client

• Gestion des appels en français et en anglais

• Participation au développement de nouveaux projets et services

• Implication dans les activités interne (take care, durabilité…)

Votre profil

• Organisation solide et sens des priorités

• Orientation résultats et souci du détail

• Goût pour la personnalisation et l’expérience client

• Excellent relationnel et présentation professionnelle

• Esprit d’équipe

• Maîtrise des outils : Opera, SFA, Excel, Word

• Français et anglais professionnels indispensables

• Formation en école hôtelière ou école de commerce

• Expérience en hôtellerie ou en environnement commercial
