Vice President, Business Operations Europe

Genmab seeks a Vice President of Business Operations for Europe to design and build the regional commercial infrastructure from the ground up. The role encompasses commercial operating model development, field operations setup, governance establishment, and performance management across diverse European markets in preparation for product launches.

Responsibilities

• Design and build European commercial excellence model, governance, processes, and decision frameworks from inception
• Establish field operations infrastructure including CRM, territory design, targeting, and performance tracking
• Define sales cycle design, customer engagement model, and field force effectiveness standards
• Develop commercial policies, governance structures, and ways of working with Legal, Compliance, and Medical teams
• Build analytics, forecasting, and KPI frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making and performance management

Requirements

• Master's degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or related field
• MBA, PhD, MD, or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred
• Proven commercial leadership experience in oncology or specialty care
• Experience designing field operations, CRM systems, and sales force effectiveness
• Demonstrated ability to establish governance frameworks and cross-functional processes
• Knowledge of European healthcare systems and regulatory/compliance requirements
