This role combines responsibility for boosting sales performance, coaching SENSAI advisors and Beauty Consultants (generic staff), and ensuring excellent retail execution, including visual merchandising and stock checks and advice. /p pThe main priority of this position is field sales supervision. Coaching/training and retail excellence are keys secondary responsibilities. /p pTravels will be an important part of the position (60% to 70%) to meet our advisors on the field. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pb1) supervision (Primary Focus) /b /p ul liSupport achievement of Travel Retail sales targets through structured follow-up and on-the-floor coaching. /li liMonitor performance and execute improvement actions to increase sell out results. /li liDrive counter performance by coaching SENSAI advisors and Beauty Consultants on cross-selling/link-selling techniques, service standards, and customer engagement. /li /ul pb2) Training, Coaching Knowledge Checks (Secondary Focus) /b /p ul liTrain our SENSAI advisors and Beauty Consultants (generic staff) on product knowledge (demonstration, storytelling, Japanese cosmetics rituals, customer profiling, closing techniques). /li liMotivate our own advisors and generic consultants thanks to a comprehensive program created and managed by the Training Supervisor. /li liPlan, organize, and deliver online and physical training sessions and meetings. /li liConduct frequent knowledge questionnaires and verify after trainings, identify learning gapsand support follow-up coaching. /li liEnsure training actions materialise in growing sales. /li /ul pb3) Visual Merchandising (VM) Checks Advice /b /p ul liPerform regular visual merchandising checks(for example, planograms) across airports and ferries. /li liEnsure counters/shops align with brand standards (new launches, layout, presentation, testers, offers, signs, signage, hygiene, cleanliness). /li liProvide practical, actionable advice to Beauty Consultants to improve VM and increase conversion. /li /ul pb4) Reporting Administration /b /p ul liTrack training completion, questionnaire results, action plans, and follow-up activities. /li limanagement reporting out of stocks (saleable items and testers). /li liPrepare reporting and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. /li liUse Microsoft tools to support smooth communication and documentation. /li /ul pb5) Team Coordination /b /p ul liLiaise with sales and trade marketing teams on material needs. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align training topics and organiseyearly seminars according to brand priorities and performance needs. /li liSuccess will be measured regularly. /li /ul h3Profile / Requirements /h3 pbLanguages /b /p ul liFluent English (spoken and written). /li liIn addition, fluency in at least one Northern/Western European language is a strongadvantage. /li /ul pbOrientation /b /p ul liProven experience in luxury beauty retail or cosmetics sales. /li liStrong understanding of sales drivers: conversion, add-on sales, upselling, and customer journey. /li liStrong motivation to reach targets and improve performance. /li /ul pbTraining Coaching /b /p ul liExperience training and coaching retail beauty teams or equivalent roles. /li liStrong communication skills and ability to motivate and develop Beauty Consultants. /li liAbility to assess performance and coach with clarity and regular follow-ups. /li /ul pbVisual Merchandising /b /p ul liExperience conducting VM checks and correcting gaps according to brand standards. /li liStrong attention to detail and ability to translate VM requirements into clear actions. /li /ul pbMicrosoft Skills /b /p ul liStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on: /li liExcel (reporting, trackers, data review) /li liPowerPoint (training decks and presentations) /li /ul h3Location Travel /h3 ul liBased in Zürich. /li liFrequent travel (approximately 60-70%)throughout the EMEA region. /li liFlexibility regarding travel schedules, including occasional early morning, evening, and weekend travel, isrequired. /li /ul h3Success Measures /h3 ul liimprovement (conversions, target achievements and sell-out-growth). /li liTraining effectiveness (questionnaire results, knowledge controls, completion rates, and on-counter performance improvements). /li liSecure VM compliance. /li liQuality and timeliness of reporting, questionnaires, and follow-up actions. /liliPositive feedback from Beauty Consultants and visible improvements in attitude and selling behaviors. /li /ul pWe offer an international environment with a friendly and collaborative atmosphere, where people come first and open, interactive communication is highly valued.
