Technical Facility Coordinator (m/w/d)

Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen im Life-Science Umfeld im Grossraum Basel suchen wir eine erfahrene und selbstständig arbeitende Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung des Bereichs Facility & Operations.
In dieser Funktion übernimmst du vielseitige Aufgaben rund um den reibungslosen Betrieb der Gebäude und Infrastruktur. Du koordinierst externe Partner, behältst Qualität, Kosten und Termine im Blick und unterstützt bei der Einhaltung interner sowie regulatorischer Vorgaben.
Tätigkeiten
- Koordination und Überwachung externer Dienstleister im technischen und infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagement
- Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen und regelkonformen Gebäudebetriebs
- Betreuung und Koordination von Gebäude-, Sicherheits- und Überwachungssystemen
- Mitwirkung bei Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsthemen
- Organisation von Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und weiteren Facility-Leistungen
- Unterstützung bei Beschaffungen sowie Verwaltung von Verträgen und betrieblichen Ressourcen
- Mitarbeit bei Budgetierung, Kostenkontrolle und internen Auswertungen
- Unterstützung bei Audits, Kontrollen und der entsprechenden Dokumentation
- Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Facility- und Betriebsprozesse
Anforderungen
- Technische, kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Bezug zu Facility Management oder Gebäudetechnik
- Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, Gebäudebetrieb oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit und Steuerung externer Dienstleister
- Kenntnisse aus einem qualitäts- oder regulatorisch geprägten Umfeld sind von Vorteil
- Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office / Microsoft 365
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
