Das erwartet Dich
- Erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für Gebäudenutzer
- Information an die Gebäudenutzer bei baulichen oder anderen Aktivitäten betriebsrelevanter Art
- Sicherstellung der Aktualität der Gebäudesicherheitsdokumentation sowie der Alarmorganisation
- Durchführung von regelmässigen Rundgängen und Überprüfung des Sicherheitsstandes inkl. Kennzeichnung permanenter Gefahren
- Administrative Prozessführung bei der Genehmigung und Freigabe von Gebäudezutrittsrechten / Abschaltung von Anlagen / Medien / Arbeitsbewilligungen
- Erkennen von Instandsetzungsbedarf sowie Definition und Umsetzung der erforderlichen Massnahmen
- Beauftragung und Überwachung von Instandsetzungen
- Begleitung von Drittfirmen und Handwerkern im Gebäude
- Durchführung von Raumabnahmen nach Umzügen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der gebäudespezifischen Vorgaben
- Proaktive Information über alle Aktivitäten im Gebäude an den Facility Services Manager
Das bringst Du mit
- Abgeschlossene handwerkliche Berufsausbildung oder Ausbildung zum Eidg. Dipl. Hauswart
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung komplexer Gebäude
- Gutes technisches Verständnis
- Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Flexibel bzw. Bereitschaft für Einsätze ausserhalb der normalen Arbeitszeit
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
