- Vous accompagnez, coachez et développez les compétences de votre équipe au quotidien.
- Vous créez une dynamique positive et fédératrice autour des objectifs commerciaux.
- Vous analysez les performances, identifiez les axes d'amélioration et mettez en place des plans d'action efficaces.
- Vous contribuez à l'augmentation des ventes et à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et partenaires.
- Vous participez à la fidélisation de la clientèle et mettez en œuvre des actions pour limiter les résiliations.
- Vous représentez un modèle d'excellence commerciale et intervenez également sur le terrain lorsque nécessaire.
- Vous collaborez étroitement avec la direction afin d'accompagner le développement de l'activité. The Successful Applicant:
- Vous bénéficiez de 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction commerciale.
- Une expérience dans les secteurs du sport, du fitness, du bien-être ou des services constitue un atout.
- Vous avez déjà démontré votre capacité à encadrer, motiver ou accompagner une équipe.
- Vous possédez un véritable tempérament de leader et savez fédérer autour d'objectifs communs.
- Vous parlez couramment le français (C1) et l'anglais (C1).
- Vous faites preuve d'énergie, d'enthousiasme et d'un fort esprit de conquête.
- Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et appréciez les environnements rythmés.
- Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences relationnelles et d'un sens aigu du service client. What's on Offer:
