Dein Bereich

Als Event Manager bist Du für Koordination der Gruppe sowohl an Bord, als auch der besuchenden Gruppen in den verschiedenen Häfen zuständig

Deine Aufgaben

- Du unterstützt und informierst professionell und zeitnah unsere Gruppen und Gäste

- Du leistest telefonische Assistenz und beantwortest Fragen

- Auch Verwaltungsaufgaben liegen in deinem Bereich

Das bringst du mit

- Gutes Englisch und Deutsch und möglichst eine weitere Sprache

- Verständnis für die Belange der Gruppen und Koordination mit anderen Abteilungen z.B. Bar

- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikation und Belastungsfähigkeit

- Wenn du bereits mit Gästen gearbeitet hast, ist das von Vorteil

- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
