Design Engineer / Packaging Labels Specialist (m/w/d)

Are you an experienced Design Engineer (m/w/d) with strong NX CAD and packaging labels skills, or a motivated junior professional looking to develop your career? We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Packaging Labels team in Zug and support critical change management and engineering data processes.
Your Role
As part of the Packaging Labels team, you will support engineering change management activities related to packaging labels, nameplates, and technical documentation. You will play a key role in maintaining engineering data accuracy within Teamcenter while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage engineering changes related to packaging labels and nameplates
- Maintain and update technical and engineering data in Teamcenter
- Support ongoing maintenance and documentation activities
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across teams and sites
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of technical documentation and labeling information
What We're Looking For
- Completed training or education as a Design Engineer (Konstrukteur/in) or equivalent technical qualification
- Solid experience with: NX CAD and CorelDRAW
- Experience in packaging labels, product labeling, or nameplate management is a plus
- Open to both experienced professionals and junior candidates with strong technical tool expertise
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, independent working style
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Excellent German language skills; English is an advantage
Assignment Details
- Location: Zug, Switzerland
- Start Date: 1 October 2026
- Duration: Until 30 September 2027, with potential extension, temporary contract
- Workload: 100%
- Work Arrangement: Full onsite presence required during the initial onboarding phase (approximately 6 months). Hybrid working with up to 2 home-office days per week may be possible thereafter.
