CENTRAL FILE OFFICER

pFor one of our clients, a financial institution based in Geneva, we are looking for a: /p h3CENTRAL FILE OFFICER /h3 ul liCoding the client data in the IT systems: entry and configuration the account openings, /li liPerform due diligence on customers, using methods such as data analysis and document verification /li liPrepare and manage reports on customer records (datas, KYC) current accounts, portfolios, pricing, management mandates /li liManaging the closures /li liManaging the account blocked /li liCertificating the signatures /li liManaging the e-banking access /li liArchiving and Filing documents /li liScanning the account opening files, transfers, correspondence and EAM contracts /li liEnsuring that files are kept up to date electronically /li /ul h3Required profile /h3 ul liMinimum 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role within a Swiss bank /li liVersatile and comfortable with computer systems /li liGood knowledge of banking documentation /li liGood knowledge of the Swiss and international regulatory framework /li liGood analytical skills, curiosity to learn /li liRigor, precision and flexibility /li liDiscretion and confidentiality /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office based applications as well as banking systems /li liFluent in French and in English, other languages an asset /li /ul pAll files will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
