Pour le compte de l'un de nos clients, acteur reconnu du secteur industriel, nous recherchons un(e) Quality Assurance Officer H/F
Votre mission
Véritable ambassadeur qualité sur le terrain, vous accompagnez les équipes opérationnelles dans l'application des standards qualité, la gestion des non-conformités et le déploiement des démarches d'amélioration continue.
- Garantir le respect des BPF/GMP sur le terrain.
- Promouvoir la culture qualité auprès des équipes.
- Assurer la réalisation de formations GMP et sensibiliser les collaborateurs aux bonnes pratiques.
- Participer aux audits internes et contribuer à l'amélioration du niveau de conformité du site.
- Coordonner le traitement des réclamations qualité et des non-conformités.
- Mener ou faciliter les analyses de causes racines.
- Définir, suivre et vérifier l'efficacité des actions correctives et préventives ( CAPA ).
- Participer à des projets d'amélioration qualité transverses .
- Réaliser et revoir les analyses de risques .
- Accompagner les équipes Supply Chain et Maintenance dans leurs démarches qualité.
- Coordonner les programmes d'audits internes.
- Assurer le suivi des processus de gestion du changement.
- Former et accompagner les nouveaux collaborateurs sur les exigences qualité et réglementaires.
- Diplôme universitaire en Chimie, Chimie analytique, Sciences, Agroalimentaire ou domaine équivalent.
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience réussie en Assurance Qualité dans un environnement industriel réglementé.
- Très bonnes connaissances des référentiels ISO 9001 et EFfCI .
- Expérience dans la conduite ou la participation à des audits internes.
- Maîtrise des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication ( GMP/BPF ).
- Connaissance des Systèmes de Management de la Qualité.
- Familiarité avec les référentiels ISO 9001, Halal, Kosher .
- Bonne maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office et systèmes de gestion informatisés.
- Certification Green Belt ou expérience en amélioration continue : un atout.
- Français courant.
- Niveau d'anglais B2 .
