**Key Account Manager Retail (w_m_d)** Barilla ist ein globales Lebensmittelunternehmen mit italienischen Wurzeln, das sich in Familienbesitz befindet. Um unsere positive Entwicklung weiter voranzutreiben, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen **Key Account Manager (w_m_d)** in Vollzeit, unbefristet. In der Rolle als Key Account Manager verantwortest du das gesamte Produktportfolio bei unseren wichtigsten Kunden. Bei entsprechender Performance und Motivation bist du potenzieller Nachfolger für eine National Key Account Manager Position. **Deine Aufgaben:** * Strategische und operative Verantwortung für zentrale Key Accounts im Schweizer Retail * Nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung langfristiger, erfolgreicher Kundenpartnerschaften * Planung und Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter Jahresstrategien in enger Abstimmung mit den Kunden * Souveräne Verhandlung von Preisen, Konditionen und Listungen * Fundierte Datenanalysen als Basis für klare Handlungsempfehlungen und Vertriebsimpulse * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen zur optimalen Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten * Aktive Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse zur Sicherung und Stärkung der Marktposition **Dein Profil:** * Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Uni/FH) sowie mindestens zwei Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Key Account Management oder Vertrieb, idealerweise im FMCG‑Umfeld * Sicherer Umgang mit Marktdaten sowie ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten * Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Eigenmotivation und überzeugende Kommunikationsstärke * Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Kontaktfreude und Spass an der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern **Unser Angebot:** * Verantwortungsvolle Position mit Gestaltungsspielraum * Hohe Flexibilität durch unser hybrides Arbeitsmodell mit bis zu 40 % Smart Working (Home Office). * Tolle Rabattmöglichkeiten über einen Corporate Benefits Zugang * Möglichkeit zur Mitwirkung an nationalen und internationalen Diversity-&-Inclusion‑Projekten. * Dynamisches und motiviertes Team mit einer sehr positiven, inklusiven Unternehmenskultur und flachen Hierarchien. * Entwicklungsperspektiven in einem wachsenden Unternehmen
