Solution Sales & Functional Lead für Business Continuity Management (m/w/d)

Du möchtest nicht nur Lösungen verkaufen, sondern Kunden nachhaltig beraten und ein Portfolio strategisch weiterentwickeln? Bei Sonio übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle an der Schnittstelle von Business Development, Beratung & Technologie. Gemeinsam mit unseren Experten entwickelst du unser Angebot in den Bereichen Business Continuity weiter und prägst dessen Markterfolg. Deine Wirkung
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Verantwortung für das Themengebiet Business Continuity Management und begleitest Kunden von der Strategie bis zur Lösung mit beratender Expertise (Kundentermine, Workshops & Events).
- Du entwickelst das BCM-Portfolio zusammen mit Sales, Professional Services, Managed Services strategisch weiter (Value Stream-Ansatz).
- Du positionierst Sonio als führenden Partner bei Kunden, Herstellern und im Markt.
- Du identifizierst neue Marktchancen und unterstützt Go-to-Market-Initiativen mitsamt der Erarbeitung von Offerten, Präsentationen und Ausschreibungsunterlagen.

Must have
- Erfahrung im Solution Sales, Presales oder Consulting im Themenumfeld von Business Continuity, ITSM und Data Management / Protection.
- Freude an Kundenberatung und lösungsorientiertem Arbeiten mitsamt gewinnendem Auftritt durch starke Kommunikations- & Verhandlungsfähigkeit
- Motivation unsere Services & Themen strategisch weiterzuentwickeln auf Basis von unternehmerischem Denken und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb der Schweiz
- Kenntnisse mit Lösungen von Veeam, Commvault, Cohesity/Veritas, HPE Zerto oder vergleichbaren Herstellern.
- Erfahrung in der systematischen Beantwortung von Ausschreibungen und der Gestaltung von Herstellerpartnerschaften.
- Strategische Rolle mit Gestaltungsspielraum und spannenden Ambitionen
- Zusammenarbeit mit erfahrenen Teammitgliedern in
- Etablierte Basis mit Position der Sonio als Qualitätsführer
