Our client is a well-established Swiss External Asset Manager, offering experienced Relationship Managers the opportunity to build and grow their own business within a flexible partnership model.

The platform is designed for commercially driven Relationship Managers who have an established network of high-net-worth clients and want greater autonomy, flexibility, and direct participation in the value they create. Rather than operating within a traditional banking structure, you will have the opportunity to develop your own client franchise while benefiting from the EAM's established infrastructure, investment capabilities, banking relationships, and operational support.

This is an opportunity for an entrepreneurial Relationship Manager looking to take greater ownership of their business, leverage an existing client network, and build a long-term partnership within a professional Swiss wealth management platform.

Role Responsibilities

Originate and develop new business by leveraging your existing network of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, while continuously identifying and converting new client opportunities.

Build and manage your own client portfolio , taking full ownership of client relationships and developing long-term, commercially successful partnerships.

Develop new markets and client relationships through proactive networking, referrals, introductions and direct business development, with the autonomy to shape your own market strategy.

Act as a trusted advisor to clients , understanding their investment, wealth structuring, financing and broader financial requirements and coordinating appropriate solutions through the EAM and its banking partners.

Collaborate with investment, advisory, compliance and operational teams to ensure clients receive a high-quality, efficient and compliant service.

Requirements

Proven track record as a Relationship Manager within private banking, wealth management, asset management or a related financial services environment, ideally working with HNW and UHNW clients.

Strong existing client network and demonstrable origination ability - you are comfortable identifying prospects, opening new relationships and converting your network into sustainable business.

Existing transferable client portfolio or demonstrable business potential is highly valued. The ideal candidate has an established network and the ability to generate meaningful AuM and recurring revenue.

Entrepreneurial and commercially driven mindset - you want to build your own business, have greater control over your client relationships and participate directly in the value you generate.

Strong understanding of wealth management and investment products , with the ability to engage sophisticated clients and coordinate tailored solutions across investments, lending and broader wealth management.

Excellent English is required; German, French or other European languages would be an advantage. A high level of integrity, discretion and client orientation is essential.
