Pour notre client situé à Genève, nous recherchons activement un.e Customer Care (H/F).
Vos responsabilités :
En tant que Customer Care, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients. Vos missions incluent :
Répondre aux demandes clients par téléphone, email ou chat.
Assurer un suivi complet des dossiers jusqu'à leur résolution.
Gérer les réclamations avec professionnalisme et empathie.
Fournir des informations précises sur les produits/services.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes (logistique, ventes, technique).
Mettre à jour les données clients dans les outils CRM.
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de l'expérience client.
Expérience confirmée en service client , customer care ou ADV .
Excellentes compétences en communication et sens du service.
Capacité à gérer les priorités et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique.
Aisance avec les outils informatiques (CRM, ERP, Outlook, etc.).
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
Personnalité proactive, rigoureuse et orientée solutions.
