Your PurposeMSC Cruises, the world's third largest cruise line, is expanding its Talent Acquisition function in support of its continued growth in the US market. We are seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 5-month contract to provide maternity leave coverage. This role will support full-cycle recruitment across a broad range of corporate and commercial functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.

The ideal candidate is an experienced corporate recruiter with strong full-cycle recruiting capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This role is based within commuting distance of downtown Miami and requires 4 days per week in the office.

Your Impact 

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of corporate and commercial positions, from intake through offer and onboarding.; Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.; Build strong relationships with business leaders and act as a trusted Talent Acquisition partner.; Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other sourcing channels.; Conduct candidate screening interviews to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.; Coordinate interview processes, provide timely feedback, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from application through offer.; Manage offer preparation, negotiations, and handoff to onboarding in partnership with HR.; Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System and ensure compliance with recruiting processes and documentation.; Utilize recruiting metrics and reporting to monitor pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring progress.; Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting initiatives, process improvements, talent pipelining, and employer branding activities as needed.; Develop a strong understanding of MSC Cruises' business functions to effectively recruit across departments including Marketing, Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Legal, Commercial, Revenue Management, Sales, Customer Service, and other corporate teams.;

Your Journey so far

3-5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, either in-house or within an agency environment supporting corporate functions.; Experience recruiting across multiple business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Procurement, Legal, Customer Service, Operations, or other corporate disciplines.; Strong understanding of corporate organizational structures and the ability to recruit for a diverse range of professional-level positions.; Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.; Experience developing sourcing strategies and proactively identifying talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.; Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.; Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and represent MSC Cruises professionally in the mar;
