Inside Sales Representative (gn) Software Licensing (French C1/C2) | Tolochenaz

Full-time | Permanent position | Stans | Immediate start

In this role, you will advise our existing B2B customers on software products and licensing models, guide them through the entire quotation process, and proactively develop and strengthen existing customer relationships.

Advise & Support

• You advise and support our existing B2B customers across our portfolio
• You guide customers through the entire quotation and decision-making process in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner

Coordinate & Connect

• You are the primary point of contact for all topics related to software products and licensing, coordinating both internal and external stakeholders
• You work closely with colleagues in the field sales team and ensure a smooth flow of information

Develop & Grow

• Following contract closure, you remain actively engaged with customers, identify opportunities, and strategically further develop customer relationships
• You continuously expand your expertise, participate in vendor and internal training programs, and earn relevant certifications

What we need to see from you

Commercial Expertise

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have a comparable professional background
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in internal sales, sales support, or B2B customer service

Customer Focus & Communication

• You enjoy advising existing customers and have a strong understanding of their needs
• You communicate confidently and professionally, both over the phone and in writing
• Excellent German skills and good English skills complete your profile

Structure & Willingness to Learn

• You work in a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented manner
• You are interested in developing expertise in software licensing and software solutions and continuously expanding your knowledge

Nice-to-Have: Initial Exposure to Our Environment

• Basic knowledge of software licensing or vendor processes
• Experience with Navision or Dynamics 365
• Familiarity with working alongside software vendors or cross-functional internal teams
