Job Description

Your Mission

Wüest Dimensions is our successful SaaS platform for data-driven real estate decisions & management. We are continuously improving the existing platform while shaping its next generation.

As Lead Product Experience, you will lead the development of our platform’s experience practice end-to-end, collaborate with our UI designer and help transform complex real estate workflows into intuitive, consistent and trustworthy product experiences. You will work closely with product managers, product owners, software architects, engineers, account managers and customers — starting with problem discovery and user research to prototyping, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead user research, customer interviews, usability testing and product discovery to validate product concepts and hypotheses early with customers and users.
• Design end-to-end user journeys, workflows, information architecture, prototypes and high-quality user interfaces, while improving key UX pain points across the existing Wüest Dimensions platform.
• Shape the user experience of new developments, including AI-native workflows, automation and human oversight.
• Establish and evolve a scalable design system, consistent UX standards and product design practices across the platform and teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering throughout discovery and delivery.
• Define and measure UX success metrics, using research, analytics and customer feedback to guide continuous improvements.
• Strengthen user-centered design practices and product design maturity across the organisation.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent education in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Design or a related field.
• Min. 5 years of experience in User Experience, UX/UI Design or a comparable role, ideally in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, complex digital platforms or AI-native systems.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, combined with solid experience in mixed-method research (e.g. interviews, contextual inquiry), interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, visual design and the development of design systems and reusable UX patterns.
• Experience establishing and scaling product design practices, including research operations, reusable methods and UX measurement, with strong proficiency in modern prototyping and collaboration tools such as Claude Design, Figma and Confluence/Jira Suite.
• Ability to simplify complex professional workflows without compromising accuracy, transparency or expert functionality, ideally with experience in real estate, financial services, analytics or other data-intensive domains.
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering stakeholders in cross-functional teams, with strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience and motivation in working with AI-supported products, automation, transparency and human–AI collaboration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in German and English.
