Das erwartet Dich
- Du verantwortest unser internationales Management Trainee Programm über den gesamten Zyklus, von der Rekrutierung über die Einsatzplanung bis zur Begleitung der Teilnehmenden und beteiligten Führungskräfte.
- Du betreust das Praktikanten- und Diplomandenwesen und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit Hochschulen sowie internen Stakeholdern.
- Du entwickelst unsere Talentprogramme kontinuierlich weiter und stellst deren nachhaltige Wirkung und Qualität sicher.
- Du unterstützt unsere Führungskräfte in der Identifizierung, Begleitung und Förderung interner Talente und unterstützt die Umsetzung unseres Talent-Management-Prozesses.
- Du konzipierst und realisierst Talent- und Entwicklungsinitiativen sowie Formate wie Company Days, Onboarding-Programme und weitere Lern- und Vernetzungsanlässe.
- Du leitest oder unterstützt HR-Projekte im Bereich Talent Management und Personalentwicklung und wirkst aktiv an konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklungen mit.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Führungskräften, HR Business Partnern und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen zu-sammen und berätst diese in Fragen der Talententwicklung.
Das bringst Du mit
- Höhere Weiterbildung mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources, Betriebswirtschaft oder Organi-sationsentwicklung.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Talent Management, Personalentwicklung, Learning & Development oder Human Resources.
- Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Koordination von Projekten sowie Freude daran, Konzepte erfolgreich umzusetzen.
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz sowie ein sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen.
- Konzeptionelle und analytische Stärke kombiniert mit einer pragmatischen und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise (Hands-on Mentalität).
- Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigeninitiative.
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
