What you'll do:
In your role as a working student (f/m/d), you will support the SAP Marketing Team in Switzerland. In this position, you will work closely with our marketing experts and gain insights into the entire marketing mix while learning SAP‑specific marketing processes, tools, and systems.
You will play a significant role in the development, co‑creation, and support of marketing campaigns.
Your tasks include:
Marketing campaign management — planning and supporting end‑to‑end campaigns
Support for customer events (pre‑event, onsite, post‑event)
Creation of newsletters, landing pages & social media assets based on our guidelines
Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
Account‑based marketing support
Operation of our SAP Digital Studio for recordings/live streams
Use of SAP internal systems (e.g., CRM)
What you bring
University enrollment — You are enrolled at a university or university of applied sciences (regular enrollment), preferably in marketing, communications, digital marketing, or business administration.
MS Office proficiency — You work confidently with MS Office applications.
Communication skills — You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German; French is an advantage.
Conceptual and analytical thinking — You demonstrate strengths in both conceptual and analytical thinking.
Quick comprehension — You learn quickly and combine this with entrepreneurial thinking and a hands‑on mentality.
Digital affinity — You have a strong affinity for digital media and online marketing.
Initiative and commitment — High engagement and self‑initiative come naturally to you.

Together with our sales organization, we help position SAP as the world’s leading provider of enterprise applications and AI, and we convince companies that SAP supports them in achieving the best possible outcomes by integrating their business‑critical processes.
We plan, manage, and evaluate targeted, cross‑industry marketing outreach for business decision‑makers in Switzerland (). To generate brand preference and demand, we use creative audience‑specific programs with a marketing mix of push and pull activities — from events, digital and online marketing to engagement within communities.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
