Even today, ASPESI remains faithful to a minimalist, extremely sophisticated and timeless approach. /ph3Main Role: /h3pOur team is looking for an experienced and motivated Dept Manager to successfully oversee the operations of our store in Basilea. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, achieving sales targets, and supervising store staff. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliManage all daily store operations, including opening and closing. /liliSupervise and coordinate store personnel, ensuring a positive work environment. /liliDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed established sales goals. /liliEnsure the store is well stocked and products are displayed attractively. /liliManage cash operations and inventory control procedures. /liliProvide high-quality customer service, handling customer requests and complaints professionally. /liliMonitor market trends and adapt merchandising and sales strategies accordingly. /liliEnsure the store adheres to cleanliness and maintenance standards. /liliCollaborate with the management team to develop long-term plans and goals. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliProven experience in managing a store or a similar department. /liliLeadership skills and the ability to motivate staff. /liliExcellent communication and customer service skills. /liliKnowledge of industry and market trends. /liliAbility to efficiently manage workloads and resolve issues quickly and effectively. /liliResults-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. /liliBasic knowledge of human resource management, including hiring and staff training. /liliBachelor's degree or equivalent. /liliFluency in both German and English. /li /ulh3Hours of Work: Full-Time 40 hours a week on shifts /h3h3Location: Retail Basilea Globus /h3pASPESI is an equal opportunities employer.
