The Cumming Group has successfully delivered projects in over 100 countries and brings in-depth expertise in project management, cost estimation, scheduling, and strategic planning. /p ul liUse of the full range of Project Management Process. /li liProactive day to day responsibility for small-medium sized projects and demonstrate the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision and supporting larger projects and programmes of work. /li liStrengthen our service delivery capability and promote knowledge capture, sharing and innovation. /li liPrepare and evaluating tenders, contractor/consultant selection and contract documentation. /li liSupport risk and value management, including facilitation of workshops and project risk registers. /li liContract administration for relevant contract provisions, monthly reporting and chairing project meetings. /li liDeliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner to a high standard of quality. /li liUndertake service delivery in accordance with the policies and procedures of the business, particularly Health Safety and Quality Assurance. /li liUndertake service in compliance with client’s corporate governance procedures where applicable. /li liAchieve all objectives as required by the annual performance review process. /li liDemonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development and continuous improvement. /li liCommunicating effectively with all stakeholders to ensure that all parties are kept informed on all relevant matters impacting and influencing projects. /li liSupport Senior PM team as required. /li liBeginning to provide advice on procurement and contracts. /li liResponsibility for, and must be committed to promoting, protecting, developing and enabling the business and your colleagues, within the parameter of your job role /li liSupport bid and tender preparation and business development. /li liSupport the implementation of strategic initiatives at service level. /li liStarting to provide leadership to the staff, where required. Resolve conflicts of priorities and personalities relating to work with the appropriate Director or Associate. /li liStarting to mentor and coach team members, ensuring that staff and new starters are developed to support the successful growth of the business and development of their career. /li liDeveloping and managing the Project Programmes and obtaining the buy-in of all stakeholders. /li /ul h3Knowledge Skills Required: /h3 pThe ability to: /p ul liDeliver results in a client facing role including: /li liRespond confidently to a client request; as well as understanding when to escalat e client issues to senior members of the team. /li liProvide innovative solutions to improve project delivery. /li liAbility to show resilience and resourcefulness in the face of highly complex challenges. /li liCommitment to outperforming client expectations. /li liDeal diplomatically with a wide range of stakeholders in a flexible environment, subject to change. /li liDemonstrate a high degree of integrity. /li liStarting to lead a team. /li liNegotiate, influence and deliver results in a client facing role. /li liStarting to manage conflicting priorities and organise workloads in conjunction with the appropriate Director. /li liDemonstrate flexibility in response to changing requirements and routines /li liShow strong leadership skills and demonstrable ability to lead, motivate and manage teams including the supply chain /li liStarting to prioritise and self-manage with ability to work in a high-pressure environment. /li /ul h3Preferred Education and Experience: /h3 ul liIdeally degree qualified (industry or non-industry) /li liMAPM / MRICS other equivalent qualification or experience. /li liSupporting Project Management Qualifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner / Certified Project Manager / MSP / Risk Management. /li li5+ years’ experience (at least 3 years post qualification). /li liStrong knowledge of construction industry technical matters. /li liStrong experience of industry standard forms of contract, typically JCT and NEC /li liStrong technical project management skills and provide leadership to others on PM Processes: Risk, Opportunities and Issues, Planning/programming, Change control, Reporting, Stakeholder management and Communications, Value Management. /li liGood experience of delivering multiple or complex projects and programmes of work through the entire project life cycle. /li liSound understanding of HSE legislation including some formal training/qualifications. /li liStrong oral and written communication and presentation skills. /li liDeveloping interpersonal and team building skills. Good interpersonal skills with both client and staff. /li liMonitoring developments in project and programme management field - new processes / alternative training/ new areas of work - examples such as BIM, Soft Landings and agile project management. /li liGood analytical skills, sound judgement and an aptitude for forward planning. /li liAn ability to think clearly and make reasoned decisions, explaining the logic employed. /li liSome experience of managing people and delivering multiple or complex projects. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
