Business Development Director Manager (m/w/d) - Strategische Wachstumsrolle
Unser Kunde sucht eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit im Bereich Business Development, um Wachstum, Kundenentwicklung und strategische Geschäftsmöglichkeiten innerhalb eines internationalen Umfelds voranzutreiben.
In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle übernehmen Sie die Entwicklung langfristiger Kundenpartnerschaften, identifizieren neue Marktchancen und gestalten gemeinsam mit internen Teams nachhaltige Vertriebsstrategien. Sie tragen maßgeblich zur Umsatzsteigerung und zum Ausbau der Marktpräsenz bei.
Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
- Entwicklung und Ausbau strategischer Kundenbeziehungen sowie Gewinnung neuer Geschäftspartner
- Verantwortung für Umsatzwachstum und Geschäftsentwicklung innerhalb der Vertriebsregion
- Identifikation neuer Marktchancen und Umsetzung geeigneter Vertriebsstrategien
- Aufbau langfristiger Partnerschaften mit Kunden und wichtigen Stakeholdern
- Steuerung von Angebotsprozessen sowie Unterstützung bei Vertragsverhandlungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur Entwicklung kundenorientierter Lösungen
- Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen, Präsentationen und Networking-Aktivitäten
- Analyse von Markttrends, Wettbewerbern und neuen Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business Development, Account Management oder strategischen Vertrieb
- Erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen und Umsatzwachstum
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsstärke auf Senior-Level
- Strategisches Denken sowie unternehmerische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, idealerweise im Pharma-, Healthcare- oder Life-Science-Umfeld
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Kundenanforderungen zu verstehen und nachhaltige Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
