Sr Manager PMO & Project Management

Senior Manager leading Portfolio Management Office and project execution for Johnson & Johnson's MedTech supply chain operations across EMEA. Responsible for portfolio strategy, project lifecycle management, team leadership, and continuous improvement across distribution and transportation functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead EMEA MedTech portfolio strategy and health across Deliver and Transformation functions
- Orchestrate project pipeline and assign resources in partnership with leadership team
- Run continuous improvement programs and manage end-to-end project lifecycle
- Lead, mentor, and develop dedicated PMO team to drive high performance
- Drive portfolio governance, investment reporting, and project management process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 9+ years in leadership roles including large-scale project management
- Global experience in logistics, customer services, or supply chain (healthcare preferred)
- Advanced portfolio and project management knowledge with governance expertise
- Demonstrated ability to implement project methodologies like FPX
- Financial acumen for business planning and investment performance tracking
- Project Management certification strongly preferred
