EMEA CapEx & Inventory Manager, Orthopaedics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a finance manager to support the Orthopaedics EMEA supply chain organization, managing capital expenditure, inventory, and working capital optimization. The role combines financial planning with cross-functional collaboration to drive cash flow improvements and operational efficiency across regional markets.
Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial and supply chain stakeholders to develop action plans for CapEx, inventory, and working capital management
- Lead regional planning processes and translate business targets into executable market-level plans
- Drive accountability and collaboration across markets to deliver financial plans and track mitigation actions
- Analyze and communicate working capital performance to franchise and market teams
- Build analytical frameworks to provide return-on-investment insights for working capital initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 8–10 years of financial business partnering experience with focus on value creation
- Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and US GAAP procedures
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx, Word, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and influence decisions through data analytics
- Working knowledge of capital expenditure and inventory processes and compliance
- Understanding of AI concepts and frameworks with ability to apply prompts for efficiency gains
