Transcend GTO-QM, Commercial Quality

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Commercial Quality leader to support the Transcend global business transformation program, which will consolidate pharmaceutical ERP systems into a single SAP S/4 HANA platform. The role involves serving as subject matter expert for Commercial Quality processes, leading global standardization, and guiding adoption across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Lead consolidation of Commercial Quality business processes and develop Global Template aligned with Transcend roadmap
- Serve as subject matter expert for Innovative Medicine Commercial Quality to drive standardization and S/4 HANA adoption
- Document and map end-to-end Commercial Quality processes and maintain knowledge center content
- Champion organizational change across Commercial Quality to support global standardization and harmonization
- Support business simulation, user acceptance testing, training design, and compliance documentation across regional organizations
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience in operations, supply chain, or finance
- Experience operating large-scale ERP processes during transformation or implementation programs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced certifications in project management, APICS, or Lean/Six Sigma preferred
- Expertise in multi-ERP and complex system environments
- Strong change management and global process standardization capabilities
- Knowledge of Commercial Quality business processes and SAP S/4 HANA systems
