Our client, a global leader in biotechnology in Zug are, is looking for a Portfolio & Launch Management Solutions Lead (a) to establish the digital backbone supporting a growing portfolio of product launches and lifecycle initiatives. This is an immediate contract opportunity (start in Mid August) through year-end, with a hybrid working arrangement. Job Description:

Current launch planning and reporting activities require a more integrated, automated,
and scalable solution to support an expanding launch portfolio. Therefore, working across cross-functional teams, the Portfolio & Launch Management Solutions Lead (a) will establish a standardized, scalable Smartsheet ecosystem that serves as the single source of truth for launch planning, milestone tracking, governance, reporting, and portfolio visibility across PLCM. Main responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing a global launch management blueprint.
• Building standardized launch templates, workspaces, dashboards, and workflows.
• Improving visibility of milestones, risks, dependencies, and supply readiness.
• Reducing manual reporting effort through automation and enhanced data governance.
• Enabling executive-level portfolio reporting and decision-making through connected Smartsheet and Power BI solutions.

• Smartsheet architecture and solution design for PLCM Launch for Growth.
• Launch workspaces, Control Center configuration, automated workflows, and governance framework.
• Executive dashboards and portfolio reporting capabilities.
• Standardized launch planning templates and data structures.
• Integration support with reporting tools such as Power BI where appropriate.
• User training materials, adoption support, and best-practice documentation.

• Single, globally consistent launch management platform.
• Improved launch visibility and governance across PLCM.
• Increased efficiency through workflow automation and reduced manual effort.
• Enhanced ability to identify risks, track milestones, and escalate issues proactively.
• Sustainable digital foundation that can scale with future launch portfolio growth.

• Advanced Smartsheet expertise, including Control Center, dashboards, reports, forms, and automation.
• Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale Smartsheet solutions.
• Strong business analysis capabilities and ability to translate complex requirements into practical digital solutions.
• Experience in supply chain, project management, product launches, or lifecycle management environments.
• Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management skills.
