Your Purpose

As the Assistant Housekeeping Manager aboard our luxury cruise line, your purpose is to support the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department, ensuring that every area of the ship meets our high standards of cleanliness and service. We’re looking for someone who has: • Extensive Experience: You bring solid experience in the Housekeeping Department, ideally from the cruise line industry or a comparable hospitality setting. You are well-versed in the demands of maintaining cleanliness and managing housekeeping operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.• Leadership & Collaboration: You have a proven track record of working collaboratively with senior managers and leading teams to success. Your ability to assist in managing diverse teams and contributing to daily operations will be essential to maintaining the highest levels of service.• Operational Expertise: You are familiar with the key functions of the Housekeeping Department, including maintaining cleanliness standards, handling inventories, and implementing sanitation protocols. Your Essentials
