职位概况

客房主管需按照维京外展中国市场专业服务准则（ VRC PSO ），

确保船上的清洁，秩序和卫生达到最高的标准，为我们的客人带

来最大满意度。职责

负责船上所有的客房清洁

• 正确收条和分配洗衣

• 分配，管理和交还维京游轮制服

• 在登船日保证运作顺畅

• 确保清洁部提供无可挑剔的清洁和秩序

• 积极协助清洁客舱及洗衣房值班

• 按照公司标准和危害分析和关键控制点（HACCP）操作

• 确保定期保养船上的植物和花卉

• 派送每日日程，礼品订单和夜床服务

• 开始和结束巡航季时，准备开船和闭船事宜管理与鼓励清洁服务人员

• 鼓励和培训房务部（5 ‐13 名负责洗衣，客舱，公共场所的员工）

• 监管客房管事服务员团队和按其职务和责任作业

• 替代客舱清洁员（例如在节日的时候）

• 参与载荷

负责成本控制和按照预算标准

• 控制清洁成本在预算范围内

• 与酒店经理合作库存订货

• 正确货存量；建立标准水平

• 按照公司的程序盘点

• 积极联络和招呼客人

• 客房主管需承诺在离开维京后，不能将公司的信息，产品手册，

业务发展和EDP数据信息，透露给任何第三方，或公开，或保留

供个人使用。

• 在其违反上述指令的情况下，本公司保留要求赔偿损失，以及

对其采取法律行动的权利。

• 行为和外观符合VRC PSO的规则和条例。资历简介

• 有酒店行业相关的教育学历

• 在相同或相似的职位上，最少有3年的专业经验

• 有国外经验/船上行业经验者优先

• 标准的普通话，英语或其他语言技能都具优势

• 服务导向，专注客人需要，注重细节

• 优秀的管理，组织和沟通能力

• 个性积极，专业的外观

• 有柔韧性和抗逆能力，有团队合作精神，重视承诺

PURPOSE OF POSITION

You ensure optimal cleanliness, order and hygiene onboard to the fullest satisfaction of our guests in accordance with Viking China Outbound Standards.ASSIGNMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the entire housekeeping operation onboard

Correct receipt and distribution of guest laundry; Distribution, control and return of the Viking River Cruises uniforms; Ensuring a smooth operation on a embarkation day; Ensuring impeccable cleanliness and order within the housekeeping department; Active assistance with stateroom cleaning and laundry duty; Operation of procedures according to company standards and HACCP rules; Ensuring regular care of plants and flowers onboard; Distribution of daily program, gift orders and turndown services; Preparation of opening and closing ships at start and end of season;

Management and motivation of the housekeeping crew

Motivation and training of housekeeping team (5 -13 members in laundry, staterooms, public areas); Supervision of housekeeping team and operation of its duties and responsibilities; Replacement of Cabin Steward/ess(e.g. during holiday time); Participation in loading;

Responsible for cost control and adherence to set budgets

Cost control for housekeeping within budget; Stock ordering in cooperation with Hotel Manager; Correct storage of stock; establishing of par levels; Inventory according to company procedures; Active liaison & socializing with guests;

DUTIES

The holder of the position undertakes not to pass over the company’s information, manuals, information on business developments and EDP data to any third party or publicize or retain same for personal use after leaving the job.; The company reserves the right to demand compensation for damages in the event of a breach of this instruction and take legal action against the staff.; Conduct and appearance in accordance with the rules and regulations of Viking China Outbound; QUALIFICATION PROFILE

Graduated education in hotel industry; Min. 3 years professional experience in same position; International experience / experience onboard a ship is an asset; Excellent Mandarin and Fluent in English, other languages are an asset Service oriented and guest focused, attention to detail; Excellent management, organisationaland communication skills; Positive personality, professional appearance; Flexibility and stress resistance, team player, commitment;
