MSF Operational Center Geneva (MSF OCG) is one of these centres. /ph3Tasks Responsibilities /h3h3HRIS Service Delivery and Product Ownership /h3ulliAct as Product Owner for LIGO from an OCG perspective, managing the roadmap and backlog in line with HR strategic priorities, user needs, operational requirements and shared tenant constraints. /liliPrioritise system evolutions, enhancements and corrective actions based on business value, service impact, feasibility, risks, resources and budget. /liliEnsure continuity, stability and quality of LIGO services across support, incident management, service requests, functional administration, integrations, releases, enhancements and continuous improvement. /liliCoordinate with HR stakeholders, user groups, IT, TMA (Tierce Maintenance Applicative) providers, global LIGO roles and other partners to ensure effective delivery and resolution of issues. /li /ulh3User Experience, Adoption, Data and Continuous Improvement /h3ulliEnsure that user experience, adoption and change management are embedded in the design, delivery and evolution of LIGO services. /liliOversee communication, training, user support, feedback collection and adoption activities to improve effective use of LIGO by HR teams, managers and employees. /liliPromote reliable, consistent and usable HR data, ensuring that data quality, reporting and downstream impacts are considered in system changes. /liliSupport simplification, harmonisation, automation and improvement of HR processes through LIGO. /liliMonitor service performance, user feedback, recurring issues and improvement opportunities, and translate them into concrete actions. /li /ulh3Team Management and Capacity Building /h3ulliManage, organize and coordinate the multidisciplinary LIGO service delivery team, including HR functional referents, functional administration, IT business analysis, integration, support, user experience and adoption roles. /liliDefine clear roles, responsibilities, priorities, ways of working and escalation paths within the team. /liliPlan and monitor workload, team capacity and delivery priorities across RUN, roadmap, support, adoption, integration, data and governance activities. /liliSupport the professional development of team members and strengthen collective expertise, autonomy, documentation and knowledge sharing. /liliBuild a collaborative team culture focused on service quality, accountability, user impact, continuous improvement and sustainable support. /li /ulh3Activity Planning, Resource and Budget Management /h3ulliLead annual and multi-year activity planning for the LIGO service delivery scope, translating HR Transformation priorities into operational plans, milestones and measurable outcomes. /liliPrepare, manage and monitor the LIGO service delivery budget, including internal resources, external support, TMA services, maintenance, enhancements, training and adoption activities, taking into account constraints (resource, budget, shared tenant). /liliContribute to defining a sustainable resourcing and funding model for LIGO as the service matures and prepares for a future IT-based operating model. /li /ulh3Governance, Collaboration and Future Operating Model /h3ulliRepresent OCG in shared Workday tenant governance and contribute to a coherent, sustainable and collaborative operating model with other MSF entities, representing the broader OCG stakeholders. /liliDefine and promote clear ways of working for prioritisation, impact assessment, decision-making, releases, testing, tenant administration, data, security and change management. /liliCollaborate with IT, global LIGO roles, TMA (Tierce Maintenance Applicative) provider, HR stakeholders, user groups representatives and other application managers / product owners across the wider system architecture. /liliPrepare the progressive transition of LIGO service delivery from HR Transformation towards a future IT-based operating model, while preserving business proximity and HR strategic alignment. /li /ulh3Experience and Knowledge /h3ulliSignificant understanding of MSF, and/ or humanitarian settings constraints and operations centred service orientation mindset. /liliSignificant experience in HRIS service delivery, product ownership, application management or HR transformation, ideally with Workday or another integrated HRIS. /liliStrong understanding of HR processes, HR operating models, digital HR services and post-go-live / RUN environments. /liliExperience leading multidisciplinary teams across business, functional, technical, support, user experience and adoption roles. /liliExperience in roadmap management, backlog prioritisation, stakeholder arbitration, activity planning, budget monitoring and resource management. /liliGood understanding of IT service management, application governance, integrations, data governance, security principles and 110’652.- to CHF 126’228.- (salary commensurate with equivalent experience and internal salary grid) /ppPaid vacation: 25 days per year, prorate temporis, plus any Swiss public holidays falling within
