Das erwartet Dich
- Du identifizierst attraktive Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, gewinnst strategisch relevante Neukunden und positionierst ISS als starken Partner für integrierte Facility Services und Workplace-Lösungen
- Anspruchsvolle Verkaufsprojekte steuerst du eigenständig über den gesamten Sales Cycle, von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über die Lösungsentwicklung und Verhandlung bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss
- Du verstehst die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden und führst souveräne Gespräche auf Entscheider- und C-Level. Gemeinsam mit ihnen entwickelst du zukunftsorientierte Lösungen zu Themen wie Betriebskonzepte, Nachhaltigkeit, Kostenoptimierung und Transformation
- Dein persönliches Netzwerk baust du kontinuierlich aus, entwickelst wertvolle Kontakte und vertrittst ISS professionell an Fachmessen, Branchenanlässen und Netzwerkveranstaltungen
- Du bringst die richtigen Menschen zusammen. Gemeinsam mit Expert:innen aus Operations, Solutions und Bid Management entwickelst du innovative Servicekonzepte, die unsere Kunden überzeugen und nachhaltig erfolgreich sind
- Markt- und Branchentrends beobachtest du, erkennst neue Potenziale frühzeitig und steuerst deine Vertriebsaktivitäten konsequent und datenbasiert über unser CRM
Das bringst Du mit
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Vertrieb komplexer Dienstleistungen oder Lösungen, idealerweise im Facility Management und/oder im Life-Sciences-Umfeld
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Neukundenakquise, eine ausgeprägte Hunter-Mentalität und Freude daran, neue Türen zu öffnen
- Komplexe Kundenbedürfnisse verstehst du und kannst daraus überzeugende Lösungen mit echtem Mehrwert entwickeln
- Du bewegst dich sicher auf Management- und C-Level und überzeugst durch Beratungsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und unternehmerisches Denken
- Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, beispielsweise in Facility Management, Technik oder Betriebswirtschaft. Eine Weiterbildung in Verkauf oder Key Account Management ist ein Plus
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert und bewegst dich sicher mit CRM-Systemen und digitalen Tools
- Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch. Französischkenntnisse sind ein zusätzliches Plus
