Pour notre client une maison horlogère genevoise, je suis à la recherche d'un(e) Business Analyst - SAP (H/F).
Mission publiée
- Assurer la liaison entre les équipes métiers et les équipes techniques afin de garantir la bonne compréhension des besoins
- Participer à la conception et à l'évolution des processus liés aux modules SAP SD, SAP TM et SAP GTS
- Contribuer à la définition de solutions SAP adaptées aux besoins commerciaux, logistiques et export
- Paramétrer les modules SAP SD, SAP TM et SAP GTS tout en garantissant leur qualité
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers dans les domaines commercial et export
- Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques
- Suivre et tester les développements réalisés par les équipes techniques
- Participer aux projets de déploiement et aux évolutions du système SAP
- Accompagner les métiers dans l'amélioration continue des processus
- Former et assister les utilisateurs finaux
- Assurer une veille sur les bonnes pratiques et les évolutions SAP
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Master en informatique, logistique ou commerce
- Minimum 8 ans d'expérience dans des environnements SAP
- Expérience idéale en tant que consultant technico-fonctionnel
- Maîtrise des modules SAP SD, SAP Advanced TM et SAP GTS
- Bonne connaissance de S/4HANA
- Capacité à réaliser des paramétrages et à comprendre les développements techniques
- Capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Sens de la communication et de la coordination
- Orientation solution

- Rigueur et autonomie
- Capacité d'accompagnement au changement
