Position: AI Prompt Evaluator
Languages: Fluent Croatian + strong English (B2+)
Location: Essen, Germany (on-site)
Work model: Full-time, on-site
Starting date: As soon as possible limited vacancies, apply now!
Relocation support: Yes 2 months of paid accommodation + travel reimbursement up to 250
Salary: Competitive base + performance bonuses

What You'll Do:

Develop and edit creative prompts in Croatian for AI applications

Ensure factual accuracy, style consistency, and natural conversation flows

Evaluate short-form content and contribute to system improvements
-
Work on engaging dialogues across various topics (some may be sensitive)

Help refine AI speech technologies used globally

What You Bring:

Bachelors degree (mandatory)

Fluency in Croatian + at least B2 English

Strong writing, grammar, and creativity skills

Ability to work on-site in Essen (valid German work permit required)
