Strategie & Umsetzung : Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Material- und Lieferantenstrategie in Ihren Warengruppen und Roll-out in den Regionen
Führung & Coaching : Leitung und Coaching von zwei Category Manager:innen sowie zentrale Ansprechperson für SubCo
Verhandlungen & Rahmenverträge : Abschluss und Aktualisierung von Rahmenvereinbarungen für Dienstleistungen und Material mit bestehenden und neuen Lieferanten
KPI-Monitoring : Monitoring relevanter Kennzahlen (Kosten, Qualität, Lieferzuverlässigkeit) und Ableitung proaktiver Massnahmen
CSR & Nachhaltigkeit : Förderung von Transparenz und Entwicklung in den Bereichen Sicherheit, CSR und Innovationen
Compliance & Prozessdisziplin : Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemässen Anwendung globaler und lokaler Verträge sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Supply Chain
Operative Unterstützung : Begleitung operativer Manager:innen bei Lieferantenauswahl, Plattformnutzung und Kostenreduktion
Analyse & Optimierung : Durchführung von Ausgabenanalysen und Initiierung von Verbesserungsprojekten
Reporting & Budget : Erstellung von Reportings zu Kostensenkungen, Budgetplanung, -überwachung und Forecasting
Integration & Projekte : Mitwirkung bei der Integration neuer Kundenmandate sowie in nationalen und internationalen Projekten

Das bringst Du mit

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Grundausbildung mit weiterführender FH-Ausbildung im Einkauf oder Supply Chain Management
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf/Category Management, idealerweise im SubCo-Umfeld
Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung und stark ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Kompetenz
Analytische Denkweise, Zahlenaffinität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und hohe soziale Kompetenz
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen und MS Office
Deutsch fliessend, Französisch und Englisch sicher, Italienisch von Vorteil
