Your Impact

As a Bike Leader, you will have the exciting opportunity to guide daily bicycle tours of approximately 25km, ensuring every guest feels confident, safe, and fully immersed in the experience. By sharing your extensive knowledge of local destinations and cultures, you’ll create memorable stories and moments that guests will cherish forever. Your role also includes training and mentoring Assistant Bike Leaders to maintain a high standard of service, overseeing the upkeep and readiness of all equipment, and addressing any challenges that arise during tours with professionalism and care. You will embody our brand values through your enthusiasm, expertise, and commitment, leaving a positive and lasting impression on everyone you meet.

Your Journey So Far

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

A minimum of two years of onboard experience as an Assistant Bike Leader, with proven expertise in conducting cycling tours.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in an additional European language (Italian, German, Portuguese, Spanish, or French) is a significant advantage.

Demonstrated ability to lead groups of diverse individuals with clear and accessible communication skills.

Exceptional physical fitness and training, enabling you to comfortably escort daily tours of approximately 25km.

Previous cruise experience, which will be preferable
