Als First-Tier-Supplier unseres renommierten Geschäftspartners, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Basel , suchen wir per sofort einen motivierten und engagierten Operator Material Supply Chapter für einen temporären Einsatz von 1 Jahr, mit Option auf Verlängerung.
Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten
- GMP gerechte Reinigung von Kleinteilen und mobilen Anlagenbestandteilen
- GMP gerechte Herstellung und Autoklavieren für die Produktion wichtigen Setups ausgehend z.B. von den gereinigten Kleinteilen
- Unterstützung bei Prozessnebenaktivitäten, wie z.B. Sample Management oder Reinigungsverifizierungen
- GMP-konforme Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen
- Bedienung und Überwachung von Anlagen Bedienung und elektronische Dokumentation im Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
- Beheben von Störungen im Verantwortungsbereich
- Mitarbeit bei der Wartung- und Instandhaltung von Anlagen und Geräten
- Warenannahme und Abgabe von SAP-chargengeführten Materialien, sowie die im Haltbarkeits-, und Visuelle Kontrolle mit entsprechenden Massnahmen
- Zeitgerechte Belieferung und Abreinigung von Materialien für den ISO Bereich gemäss GMP- und MES-Vorgaben
- Erstellung und Bereitstellung der Shopping Carts
- Abfallentsorgung innerhalb der VS sowie Zusammenarbeit mit der Standort Entsorgung
- Bewirtschaftung div. Lager
Must-Haves
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemietechnologe, Logistiker o.ä. Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Produktionslogistik
- GMP Kenntnisse
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Spass an der Arbeit im Tea
Nice-to-Have
- Erfahrungen mit automatisierten Anlagen im GMP-Umfeld
- IT-Affinität, MES Kenntnisse
