Product Specialist (EU)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Specialist (EU) based in Switzerland. This role combines product expertise, customer success, solution configuration, and consulting within an innovative life sciences environment. You will help customers configure and adopt AI-enabled clinical research software according to their workflows, requirements, and operational needs. The position spans the full customer journey, from solution design and training through implementation, go-live support, and ongoing optimization. You will also contribute to pre-sales activities, product feature deployment, and customer reporting. Working closely with clients and internal teams, you will translate business needs into practical technology solutions while ensuring successful project delivery. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of life sciences, cloud technology, data, and generative AI in a fully remote European environment. Accountabilities: - Configure software solutions to meet customer requirements, including workflows, document types, AI prompts, customer style guides, and formatting standards. - Understand customer business processes and translate requirements into effective product configurations and solution approaches. - Train customers, end users, and administrators on the effective use of products and configured solutions. - Manage and coordinate customer projects, ensuring deliverables are completed within agreed scope and timelines. - Provide post-go-live administrative and product support across multiple customer accounts. - Support pre-sales activities by understanding prospective customer needs, demonstrating solutions virtually or at industry conferences, and contributing to solution proposals. - Analyze and support the deployment of new product features and capabilities. - Maintain production and sandbox environments to support reliable customer operations. - Create regular and ad hoc customer reports based on business and product requirements. - Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to manage expectations, resolve issues, and support successful product adoption. Requirements: - 1–5 years of experience in product specialist, customer success, consulting, or a related customer-facing technology role.

- Previous experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions. - Experience with clinical research, drug development, R&D, or regulatory submission software is highly preferred. - Ability to quickly understand client requirements, identify appropriate solutions, and communicate them clearly. - Demonstrated ability to address customer needs, manage expectations, and build effective working relationships. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to switch efficiently between multiple priorities and customer requirements. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience. - Understanding of the life sciences drug development process is a plus. - Familiarity with life sciences compliance requirements is a plus.
