User acquistion specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a User Acquisition Specialist based in Switzerland. This role offers the opportunity to manage and scale paid acquisition campaigns across leading digital advertising platforms. You will take ownership of campaign execution, testing, optimization, and performance analysis across multiple client accounts. Working primarily across Meta, TikTok, and Google, you will use data and creative insights to improve acquisition efficiency and scale media investment. You will collaborate closely with creative strategists and growth marketing managers to translate performance signals into actionable growth strategies. The role combines hands-on media buying with analytical problem-solving and direct client communication. You will also leverage proprietary technology and modern performance marketing practices to identify opportunities and drive measurable client outcomes. Accountabilities - Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other relevant advertising platforms, including campaign setup, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotation, and optimization. - Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts while maintaining a strong focus on performance, efficiency, and scalable growth. - Monitor key acquisition and business metrics, including CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback period, retention, and other relevant performance indicators. - Analyze campaign performance and quickly diagnose changes caused by creative fatigue, audience shifts, funnel changes, attribution challenges, or other market and campaign factors. - Develop and execute structured testing strategies across audiences, creatives, bidding approaches, budgets, and campaign structures. - Proactively identify opportunities to improve media efficiency, campaign performance, and the scalability of client acquisition programs. - Maintain strong account hygiene, including naming conventions, UTM and parameter integrity, quality assurance checks, documentation, and campaign organization.

- Work closely with creative strategists and growth marketing managers to connect creative performance insights with media-buying decisions. - Use proprietary technology and available data to identify growth opportunities, improve decision-making, and scale media budgets efficiently. - Prepare clear performance insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. - Create compelling presentations and communicate campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities effectively in client meetings. Requirements - 2–4 years of professional paid media or user acquisition experience, preferably within an agency environment and/or consumer app business. - Strong hands-on expertise with Meta advertising is essential. - Experience working across TikTok and Google Ads is highly valuable. - Proven experience managing accounts with annual media budgets in the seven-figure range. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data, identify performance trends, and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies. - Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention, and attribution. - Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to build compelling performance decks and communicate confidently in client meetings. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly and thoughtfully to performance changes. - Highly organized approach to campaign management, quality assurance, documentation, and account hygiene. - Ability to collaborate effectively with creative and growth marketing teams in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
