The role requires balancing competing executive priorities, anticipating business needs, and ensuring seamless coordination across executive offices. Given the global scope and seniority of the supported executives, flexibility in working hours is required to accommodate shifting priorities, time zones, and urgent requests. /p pCompletes a broad variety of advanced administrative tasks including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; approving expense reports on behalf of the GLT members; composing and preparing confidential correspondence; arranging complex global travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.Provides administrative support related to organizing the GLT members’ professional and, where applicable, personal commitments.Plans, coordinates, and ensures the various schedules are followed and respected. Acts in a 'gatekeeper' and 'gateway' role, creating win‑win situations for direct access to the calendars and offices.Balances and prioritizes the needs of two GLT members, ensuring effective coordination of calendars, stakeholder requests, meeting preparation, travel, correspondence, and follow‑up actions while maintaining discretion, sound judgment, and full awareness of business priorities.Coordinates multiple internal and external meetings with various stakeholders.Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
