Bei Tenz übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für People & Culture auf Unternehmensstufe. Du führst unser P&C-Team, bringst Struktur in Prozesse, unterstützt Führungskräfte und Geschäftsleitung und sorgst dafür, dass Personalressourcen, Personalkosten und People-Themen unternehmensweit professionell gesteuert werden.
Du berichtest direkt an den CEO und arbeitest eng mit Geschäftsleitung, Finance und Führungskräften zusammen. Dabei übersetzt du unsere Unternehmensstrategie in klare People & Culture Prioritäten – von Personalplanung und Personalkostensteuerung über Führungsentwicklung bis hin zu Prozessen, Kultur und Teamstrukturen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Du baust People & Culture als strategische Unternehmensfunktion weiter auf und entwickelst den Bereich gemeinsam mit dem Team kontinuierlich weiter
- Du treibst Performance Management, Führungsinstrumente sowie die Digitalisierung und Professionalisierung unserer HR-Prozesse voran
- Du berätst und unterstützt Führungskräfte und Geschäftsleitung in arbeitsrechtlichen, personellen und organisatorischen Fragestellungen
- Du steuerst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen Personalressourcen, Workforce Planning und Personalkosten
- Du gestaltest Governance , Unternehmenskultur und Employer Branding aktiv mit und stärkst Tenz als attraktive Arbeitgeberin
- Du führst und entwickelst das People & Culture Team und schaffst klare Prioritäten, Verantwortlichkeiten und Standards
Dein Profil
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung im Bereich People & Culture / HR
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Arbeitsrecht, Personalführung und Organisationsentwicklung
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Strukturen und HR-Systemen
- Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Personalplanung, Personalkosten und Kennzahlen
- Fähigkeit, Führungskräfte auf Augenhöhe zu beraten und auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen Orientierung zu geben
- Hands-on-Mentalität kombiniert mit hoher Professionalität, Diskretion und Umsetzungsstärke

Tenz Momo

Tenz ist ein junges Schweizer Food & Drinks Unternehmen mit Tibetischen Wurzeln, das auf tibetische Teigtaschen, sogenannte «Momo», spezialisiert ist. In Tibet gelten die Teigtaschen nämlich als Festessen, das mit viel Liebe gemeinsam zubereitet und mit noch mehr Liebe gemeinsam gegessen wird. Diese Kultur wollen wir auch in der Schweiz zugänglicher machen. Authentisch, aber doch auf unsere ganz eigene Art. Denn unsere Momo und auch die Art, wie wir sie präsentieren, sollen ganz uns entsprechen: einem frischen Mix aus Tibet und der Schweiz.
Und das scheint zu schmecken. Gestartet als Ein-Mann-Spendenprojekt von Tenzin Tibatsang um tibetische Projekte zu unterstützen, sind wir mittlerweile zu einem Familienunternehmen mit über 200 Mitarbeitenden angewachsen.
Unsere zentrale Produktion, die «Momofaktur», befindet sich am Tenz Hauptsitz in Zürich. Aktuell betreiben wir 15 Restaurants & Take-Aways in der Deutschschweiz. Mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft sind wir ausserdem an über 200 Veranstaltungen jährlich im Einsatz sowie kooperieren mit Schweizer Partnern wie Migros, Coop oder Felfel.
