Sous la supervision de l' IT & Information Security Lead , il assure l' administration et l' évolution de l'environnement Microsoft 365 et des outils métiers du groupe.
Il contribue à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de solutions d' automatisation et d' amélioration des outils digitaux en appui du département Technology and Business Support . DESCRIPTION DU POSTE Automatisation et digitalisation des processus Concevoir et déployer des solutions d' automatisation en lien avec les équipes métiers, sous l'impulsion et la coordination de l' IT & Information Security Lead :

Sous la supervision de l' IT & Information Security Lead , il assure l' administration et l' évolution de l'environnement Microsoft 365 et des outils métiers du groupe.
Il contribue à la conception et à la mise en œuvre de solutions d' automatisation et d' amélioration des outils digitaux en appui du département Technology and Business Support . DESCRIPTION DU POSTE Automatisation et digitalisation des processus Concevoir et déployer des solutions d' automatisation en lien avec les équipes métiers, sous l'impulsion et la coordination de l' IT & Information Security Lead :
- travailler de manière transversale avec les départements pour identifier les processus à optimiser ou digitaliser
- créer et maintenir des flux Power Automate pour automatiser les workflows internes
- développer des scripts PowerShell pour l' administration et les tâches récurrentes
- intégrer les outils Microsoft avec les systèmes métiers existants ( connecteurs , API REST , SharePoint )
- accompagner les utilisateurs dans l' adoption des outils et des nouveaux usages
- documenter les flux et les processus automatisés
- administrer les services Microsoft 365 : Exchange Online , SharePoint , Teams , OneDrive
- gérer les identités et les accès via Entra ID (utilisateurs, groupes, accès conditionnel ) et chaque outil métier
- en collaboration avec le Service Desk externalisé , assurer la gestion des postes et terminaux via Intune ( déploiement , onboarding , conformité , configurations )
- participer à la gestion des licences et à l' optimisation des abonnements
- traiter les demandes de support niveau 2 en complément du Service Desk externalisé
- CFC Informaticien - orientation Exploitation et infrastructure ou Développement d'applications
- idéalement complété par un diplôme ES Informatique de gestion
- BTS Services Informatiques aux Organisations (SIO) :
- option Solutions Logicielles et Applications Métiers (SLAM)
- ou Solutions d'Infrastructure, Systèmes et Réseaux (SISR)
- BUT Informatique - parcours généraliste ou administration des systèmes
- Bachelor HES en informatique de gestion :

- PL-900 - Power Platform Fundamentals

- Bonne compréhension des architectures IT et des environnements applicatifs
