Strategic Partnerships Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Partnerships Development Manager (m/w/d) to join an innovative team working on high-impact partnerships across a leading global technology platform.

In this role, you will drive the development, negotiation, and execution of strategic partnerships, contributing to initiatives that shape product adoption and business growth worldwide. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, owning both the strategic direction and execution of key partner engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end partner lifecycle management, including negotiation, contracting, and execution of strategic agreements
• Develop and implement partner strategies to identify new opportunities and unlock business growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration
• Manage partner pipelines, track performance metrics, and develop business forecasts and insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Operations) to align on partnership strategy and execution
• Advocate for partner needs internally and help deliver a seamless and high-quality partner experience
• Monitor and resolve partner-related issues while ensuring strong brand and reputation management
• Conduct industry and partner research to support strategic decision-making and opportunity development
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and influence decision-making at multiple levels

Your Profile

• 7+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management
• Experience within Telecom or IT industries is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to work with C-level executives and senior stakeholders
• Experience managing strategic partnerships, contracts, or commercial agreements
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable working independently with minimal guidance
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex environments
• Experience managing pipelines, forecasts, and business planning
• Ability to drive multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
• Passion for building high-impact partnerships and driving business growth
• Fluent in English. German is a strong plus.
