Bist du ein wahres Verkaufstalent mit Leidenschaft für die erfolgreiche Beratung und Vermittlung von Jobsuchenden in der Fachrichtung Life Science? Dann suchen wir dich als Senior Consultant Life Science für einen unserer Standorte in Basel, Zürich oder Luzern .
Bei uns übernimmst du den kompletten 360°-Recruitment-Prozess: von der Kundenakquise über die Betreuung bis hin zur Rekrutierung und Vermittlung von Kandidat:innen.
Deine Verantwortungen- Du baust deinen Kundenstamm durch gezielte Verkaufsaktivitäten auf und pflegst ihn langfristig auf Basis vertrauensvoller Beziehungen
- Du übernimmst den gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess: von der Ausschreibung über die Suche, Interviews und Auswahl bis hin zur Vermittlung
- Du bereitest Bewerbungsdossiers auf und präsentierst sie deinen Kunden – mit aktivem Follow-up bis zum Vertragsabschluss
- Durch regelmässige Kundenbesuche, Kundentelefonate und die Nutzung der digitalen Tools und Netzwerke, sorgst du für eine starke Marktsichtbarkeit
- Du behältst deine Sales-Aktivitäten (KPIs) im Blick und stellest die Erreichung deiner individuellen Ziele sicher
- Fundierte Expertise / Fachwissen im Bereich Life Science (idealerweise mit einem PhD)
- Erste Erfahrung im Sales oder im Recruiting
- Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Service-Excellence
- Unternehmerisches Denken und Resultatorientierung
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse – du fühlst dich in digitalen Tools und CRM-Systemen zuhause
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch; Englisch und/oder Französisch sind ein Plus
