Die unisite ag ist ein spezialisierter Dienstleister im Bereich Employer Branding & Talent Management. Wir unterstützen Unternehmen aus der Chemie-, Pharma-, Biotech-, Medical Device- und Life-Sciences-Industrie entlang des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses. Zur Unterstützung unserer laufenden Mandate suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine:n erfahrene:n Recruiter, der/die uns im Rahmen eines temporären Einsatzes von ca. 6–12 Monaten im operativen Recruiting unterstützt: Recruiter (w/m/d) 80–100% temporär 6–12 Monate mit Perspektive auf Verlängerung bzw. Übernahme Standort: Basel Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung im gesamten Rekrutierungsprozess für verschiedene Kundenmandate
- Koordination und Organisation von Interviews
- Erstellung und Pflege von Kandidatendossiers
- Kommunikation mit Kandidat:innen während des gesamten Prozesses
- Unterstützung im Active Sourcing und in der Kandidatenansprache
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verantwortlichen Consultants
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Bewerberdaten im ATS
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung im Recruiting oder Talent Acquisition
- Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Recruiting-Tools und ATS-Systemen
- Kommunikationsstarke und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Hohe Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
