Acting as the primary customer success lead, you will work closely with healthcare providers, IT stakeholders, delivery teams, and partners to ensure successful deployments, high customer satisfaction, and long-term business growth. /ppThis role combines customer success (50%) and revenue growth/account development (50%), helping customers maximize the value of IQVIA's healthcare technology solutions while identifying opportunities for expansion and renewal. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliServe as the primary customer contact following contract signature, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful solution adoption. /liliBuild strong relationships with clinical, operational, IT, and executive stakeholders. /liliLead customer onboarding, implementation coordination, training, and go-live activities. /liliProactively manage risks, escalations, and customer support requirements. /liliSupport renewals and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships. /liliCollaborate with sales teams on presales activities, solution demonstrations, and technical feasibility assessments. /liliCoordinate with IQVIA global teams, partners, and delivery organizations to ensure successful customer outcomes. /liliGather and document customer requirements, ensuring alignment with product and roadmap priorities. /liliSupport healthcare data integration and interoperability initiatives, including HL7, FHIR, APIs, and Hospital Information Systems (HIS). /liliMonitor customer health, platform usage, adoption metrics, and overall value realization. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliThe role requires a strong understanding of hospital business processes, clinical and operational workflows, and the business logic embedded within Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and related healthcare platforms. /liliThe individual must be able to engage with clinical, operational and IT stakeholders to elicit, document and validate business requirements, and translate them into clear functional and technical specifications for implementation, integration and product teams.
