Aufgabenbereich
- Leitung anspruchsvoller Procurement-Transformation-Projekte
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung moderner Target Operating Models im Einkauf
- Optimierung von Source-to-Pay-Prozessen sowie strategischem Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement, Vertragsmanagement und Procurement Governance
- Beratung bei der Auswahl und Einführung moderner Procurement-Technologien
- Leitung interdisziplinärer Transformationsprogramme
- Akquisition neuer Mandate sowie Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von Procurement-Spezialistinnen und -Spezialisten
- Coaching und Förderung von Mitarbeitenden
- Zusammenarbeit mit Entscheidungsträgern auf C-Level (CPO, CFO sowie weitere Führungskräfte)

- Leitung anspruchsvoller Procurement-Transformation-Projekte
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung moderner Target Operating Models im Einkauf
- Optimierung von Source-to-Pay-Prozessen sowie strategischem Einkauf, Lieferantenmanagement, Vertragsmanagement und Procurement Governance
- Beratung bei der Auswahl und Einführung moderner Procurement-Technologien
- Leitung interdisziplinärer Transformationsprogramme
- Akquisition neuer Mandate sowie Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines Teams von Procurement-Spezialistinnen und -Spezialisten
- Coaching und Förderung von Mitarbeitenden
- Zusammenarbeit mit Entscheidungsträgern auf C-Level (CPO, CFO sowie weitere Führungskräfte)
- Ihr Profil
- Mindestens 9 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Procurement Consulting oder Procurement Transformation
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von Procurement Operating Models
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Source-to-Pay- und Purchase-to-Pay-Prozessen
- Erfahrung mit Procurement-Lösungen wie SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Business Development und in der Kundenakquisition
- Bestehendes Netzwerk zu Schweizer Unternehmen oder internationalen Unternehmen mit Sitz in der Schweiz
- Ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten sowie Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Entwicklung von Teams
- Analytische, strukturierte und unternehmerische Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse; Deutsch ist ein grosser Vorteil, Französisch willkommen
