Deskside Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Desk Side Support Engineer to provide high-quality onsite and remote IT support across Switzerland and global business locations.
Experience: 7–9 years
Languages: Fluent in English & French (Preferrable)

• Active Directory / Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
• Intune & SCCM/MECM
• ServiceNow / ITSM
• VIP & Executive Support
• VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP & Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Teams / Zoom / Webex & Meeting Room Support
• Endpoint Security, BitLocker & Patch Management
• Hardware, Peripheral & Printer Support
• Asset & Lifecycle Management
• ITIL / SLA / KPI Management
Ideal candidates will have experience supporting enterprise environments with 1,000+ users , VIP/executive stakeholders, and multinational teams. Swiss/European or financial-services experience is a strong advantage.
