Your PurposeMSC Cruises, the world’s third largest cruise line brand is expanding its Revenue Management team in the USA. Reporting to the Manager / Director of Revenue Management, the Setup Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the implementation and maintenance of pricing, promotions, inventory, and group-related revenue management globally for certain products. This role serves as a key liaison between North America commercial teams and corporate setup teams, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, inventory updates, and group rate requests while supporting revenue optimization objectives and operational efficiency.

 

This is a hybrid position requiring employees to work from the Miami office four days per week (Monday through Thursday), with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Your ImpactCoordinate the setup and maintenance of pricing, promotions, discounts, and inventory-related initiatives for the USA and Canada markets.; Prepare and submit Jira requests and service tickets and coordinate approvals with Corporate Revenue Management and Inventory teams.; Assist with the creation and submission of pricing forms, DPPs, and other setup documentation for new promotions and pricing updates.; Liaise with the European Setup Team to ensure pricing and promotion requests are completed accurately and on time.; Ensure agency-exclusive and consortia promotions are properly opened, maintained, and closed according to promotional schedules.; Investigate and resolve pricing discrepancies, missing inventory items, booking errors, and setup issues across systems.; Support inventory-related requests and systems troubleshooting.; Ensure group rate markups, FIT rates, discounts, and promotional structures are correctly established for new ship deployments.; Maintain updates to passenger types, discount codes, prepaid packages, and other revenue-related setup components.; Work closely with Groups, Non-Standard Groups, MICE, and Sales teams to evaluate and support special group opportunities.; Assist in quoting non-standard group requests requiring customized rates, inventory allocations, or contractual terms.; Ensure group rates are accurately loaded and maintained within quotation and booking tools.; Identify opportunities to improve setup workflows, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.; Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.;

Your Journey so farBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field preferred.; Experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Sales Operations, Reservations, Commercial Operations, or the cruise/travel industry preferred.; Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.; Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.; Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.; Experience with pricing, inventory, reservation, or MSC revenue management systems is a plus.; Knowledge of cruise industry pricing, promotions, inventory management, and group business processes preferred.; Experience with Jira or similar project management tools is a plus.; Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams and time zones.;
