In this internal opportunity at Nestlé Suisse, your mission is to build and drive the MAGGI brand and portfolio strategy to rejuvenate the brand and double its size in the Swiss market. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with teams across marketing, sales, customer development, supply chain, finance, corporate communications, eCommerce, regional brand teams, and agency partners. How you’ll make an impact as a Brand Business Lead MAGGI

• Driving the MAGGI brand and portfolio strategy to accelerate growth, strengthen brand equity, and expand impact across the Swiss market.
• Identifying the most attractive consumer opportunities and turning insights into brand experiences that build relevance and long-term loyalty.
• Leading bold innovation and renovation initiatives that respond to consumer trends and create healthier, more compelling product experiences.
• Building integrated brand and communication plans that elevate visibility, sharpen positioning, and strengthen consistency across every touchpoint.
• Managing brand performance with a strong commercial mindset, prioritising investments to maximise value, profitability, and channel effectiveness.
• Acting as a Line Manager and member of the Swiss Food Leadership team, directly leading and developing a team of 3 people and driving the overall Food Switzerland strategy with speed, clarity, and shared ownership of business results.

• Communicating with working proficiency in English and German or English and French.
